Welcome to Steve's Climb for Kids, Mt. Rainier 2008!
Hey, and thanks for visiting my webpage! In case you don't know, I will be climbing Mt. Rainier in July 2008 as part of a fundraiser for Bay Area Wilderness Training (BAWT). Definitely check out their webpage: www.bawt.org. BAWT is a local nonprofit that seeks to enhance the lives of inner city youth by exposing them to nature and the wilderness that's at our doorstep here in Northern California. BAWT trains youth leaders to take kids outside safely, then provides them with all the outdoor gear that they could possibly need and want FREE. Over the past 9 years, BAWT has gotten more than 5000 Bay Area youth outside!
